I build design systems that teams actually want to use. After 5+ years creating component libraries for enterprise platforms and fintech companies, I've learned that the best systems aren't just beautiful, they're practical, validated through real use, and focused on empowering teams rather than restricting them.

My approach? Test systems by redesigning actual products. Optimize component architecture for long-term maintainability. Build documentation that bridges design and engineering. Make infrastructure people want to use, not have to use.
