In a world, where influencers run their business through DM on every social media platform, the Mink team wanted to help their users to get all of that information in one place and get them to operate their businesses professionally with contracts, invoices and messaging systems.

As this was a completely new product for the market and industry, I divided it into two sections. Firstly, by communicating with stakeholders we establish the appearance of the platform and agreed on the illustration style and colours. Secondly, we establish mail services that the platform will provide to the users like financial tools which will help them to track income, messaging tools and templates for contracts.

The stakeholders wanted to appeal to the younger generation, so I created a playful and approachable interface that would appeal to that group of users with less business training and a focus on simplicity.

To help users, the Mink team defined the platform as a message-based product, that will focus on helping influencers and companies communicate, and send proposals, contracts and invoices in one place as the majority of their users already running their businesses in text messages, and DMs on social platforms.

Usually, the legal part of the projects is the most complicated one for the majority of creators as they don't know a lot about it. The Mink team worked hard to get this part right for them. In our collaboration, we created templates for contracts, easy and clear invoices and a way to track the payments to make it easy and fun for influencers to run their business and not spend too much time on the admin part of the project.

Also, it was important to the Mink team to allow their users to send invites to Mink. So, we worked on a simple user flow where just a few clicks existed user can invite friends or brands for collaboration.
